Our tap hole knocking out service is here to take away the risk of doing it yourself or your contractor and causing accidental damage to the sink. It completely removes the risk of breaking the sink during the tap hole knocking process.

The charge relates to knocking out or cutting a tap hole in any applicable sink in our store. We get a professional fitter to attend our Bromsgrove site and satisfy your order

This price covers up to 2 normal 35mm tap holes, but we can accomodate further - speak to our customer support team for any special requirements. Please note this may incur a further charge

Once your order has been placed, one of our customer service agents will contact you prior to dispatch, to arrange the tap hole position as required. The tap hole position can be “Left”, “Right”, “Central”, with or without the option for additional holes to accommodate further kitchen accessories (such as an automatic waste or waste disposal unit air switch.)

Due to the nature of the customisation, please allow up to 3 working days extra for delivery in addition of the advertised sink delivery lead time. If the service is ordered in conjuunction with Next Day Delivery, then the service will be provided as a priority and we endeavour to dispatch most orders like this within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: If this service is applied to your order, the sink will be modified to your specific needs, it will be exempt from our 30-day money back guarantee and 90-day exchange guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

15 Year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage caused during fitting, or caused by poor installation or servicing, accidental or malicious damage, improper use or negligence, discoloration due to long exposure to sunlight or UV lights, and general wear and tear to the item and or working parts of the item (for example, the valve in a tap, shower heads, washers, seals, any item that would be expected to be replaced periodically during the life of the item). Any working part as stated above would be covered by a 6-month warranty unless stated longer. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

1. Contact our customer services within the correct time frame of delivery, by submitting your request for a return through our online help desk with the following information:

Invoice/sales order number
Product detail of item returning
Reason for request to return

2. Print and complete the returns form with your unique returns reference number provided by our customer service on acknowledgement to your request.

3. Pack your items securely, including your returns form within, and return it to the address provided by our customer service. 

Polite Notice - We do not cover the return postage costs. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in a sellable condition.  Refund & Credit notes are issued within 14 days of return.
