Price Match Terms & Conditions

• The item must be identical, including the same brand, size, colour, and model number.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery from the competitor.
• Our price match applies only to reputable, verifiable UK-based retailers (both online and in-store).
• Proof of the lower price (e.g., a direct link to the product page) must be provided and be verifiable by our team.
• The competitor's price must be the current, publicly advertised price at the time of your request.
• Our Price Match Guarantee excludes: auction sites (e.g., eBay), marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace), private sellers, clearance items, typographical errors, and promotional voucher codes or special financing offers.
