Q: Do I need to call you before I make my journey to collect?
It is advisable for you to call our customer service team on 01527 868 500 before you make your journey so we can ensure your goods are ready for collection when you arrive.
Q: What post code do I use for my satellite navigation?
The post code for your satellite navigation is WR9 9AH. Please note our post code is for the area and often takes people towards Howdens. You need to continue on the main one way road and look for the unit with a security fence with two yellow posts opposite Enertech,
Q: Do you have free parking?
We have several free car parking spaces allocated to the front of the building.
Q: Where do I go once I arrive?
Once you have arrived, you will be greeted by security who will guide you where to park and point you towards the main reception for the building. From here, one of our team will look meet you at reception, and take you into the collection area. Please be patient as our team may be serving other customers.
Q: Can I view and check my purchase at time of collection?
We will check the item with you to ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase before helping you to your car.
Q: What if I don't like the item I have purchased?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. Your refund will usually appear on your bank statement within 7 days, dependent on bank processing times.
Q: What if I can not collect within the 7 days period?
We understand in certain circumstances it may take you longer than 7 days to collect your purchase. If your collection date is to exceed the 7 day period, please contact us with an estimated collection date in order for us to store your purchase in a suitable place for safe keeping.
Q: Do you have a showroom at the warehouse?
Unfortunately Taps UK is an online retailer. To keep our prices competitive, we do not have showroom facilities at the warehouse.
Q: Can we purchase further products at the warehouse?
Further products can be purchased at the warehouse. We have computer access that our customers can use to browse our Taps UK website and order online. It can take up to 15 minutes for the order to download to our system, so if you are short on time, we recommend you make your purchase before arriving.
Q: Can we view other products at the warehouse?
If our team isn't too busy we will happily help you with other products, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to retrieve alternative products from the warehouse for you to look at. Keep in mind we have thousands of SKUs and finite space - so we only stock certain lines in our warehouse at all times.
Q: Do you have restroom facilities at the warehouse?
We do have restroom facilities at the warehouse.
Q: Are children allowed at the premises?
Due to health and safety and insurance purposes, anyone below the age of 16 years old is not permitted on site.
Q: What are your opening times for collection?
Click and collect purchases can be collected during our opening hours which are Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minuets before closing time.
Q: Are you open weekends and or public holidays?
We are closed during weekends, public holidays and any periods advertised on our contact us page on our website.
