Goods are either delivered directly to you, or delivered to Taps UK and delivered onto you. The estimated delivery lead time advertised is the time frame we endeavor to deliver your items within. Tracking details will be sent via email or text to keep you updated, therefore please ensure that you provide us with an up to date mobile telephone number and a valid email address when placing your order. If the item is not in stock for any reason with our supplier for any reason, we will notify you with estimated delivery date.

Item Out of Stock
Products displaying "Item Out of Stock" are currently sold out and currently unavailable to purchase. Products with a confirmed new stock arrival date will be advertised with the estimated new stock arrival date. For customers who wish to pre-order the goods for an immediate dispatch once the stock has been delivered into us, can do so, by contacting our customer services team. Alternatively, you can leave your email by clicking the "Email me when back in stock" button; then once the item comes back into stock, we will email you.
Medium items are generally delivered by overnight couriers such as Yodel, Parcelforce, DPD or similar. Tracking information will be provided by emailed and or or text, and a signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for acceptance, the courier may leave it with your neighbour. Non-fragile items less than 20kg, length less than 1.4m
If you order multiple items, you will only be charged for one delivery charge which will be calculated automatically and applied to your order.

The post code for your satellite navigation is B60 4FG. Please note our post code was recently updated by Royal Mail and any satellite navigation running an older software, which is more than 12 months old may lead you to a different part of Bromsgrove. Please ensure your satellite navigation is up to date and running the latest version, therefore directing you to our address advertised.
We have several free car parking spaces allocated to the front of the building, along with a further 16 spaces in the main car park, at the side of the warehouse adjacent to Hanbury Road. Car parking spaces are clearly marked "Unit 2"
Once you have arrived, please head towards the blue reception door, and ring the Click & Collect door bell. From here, one of our personnel will look after your collection. Please be patient as our personnel on duty may be serving other customers.
The personnel on duty will check the item with you to ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase before helping you to your car.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. Your refund will usually appear on your bank statement within 7 days, dependent on bank processing times.
We understand in certain circumstances it may take you longer than 7 days to collect your purchase. If your collection date is to exceed the 7 day period, please contact us with an estimated collection date in order for us to store your purchase in a suitable place for safe keeping.
Unfortunately Taps UK is an online retailer. To keep our prices competitive, we do not have showroom facilities at the warehouse.
Further products can be purchased at the warehouse. We have computer access that our customers can use to browse our Taps UK website and order online. It can take up to 15 minutes for the order to download to our system, so if you are conscience of time, we recommend you make your purchases before arriving.
Our online prices are calculated without our customers incurring showroom facility costs. Customers who wish to view products, will be charged our surcharge of £10.00 inclusive of VAT. This surcharge will enable you to view up to 3 products.
We do have restroom facilities at the warehouse.

Click and collect purchases can be collected during our opening hours which are Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minuets before closing time.
