An undermount sink is installed underneath the worktop and to achieve a perfect finish - whether you choose a flush or reveal cut - the sink must be used as a template to cut the worktop. Undermount sinks are generally suitable for installation with the following types of worktops: natural wood, granite, quartz, ceramic, glass, corian, solid laminate and stainless steel. It is generally not suitable for installation with standard laminate worktops. For full compatibility information, contact your worktop supplier.
Please note: Due to the way in which granite sinks are manufactured, it is very difficult to achieve a jet black colour. Granite sinks are always slightly towards a dark grey colour, and for a perfect jet black finish we would recommend looking at our range of ceramic kitchen sinks.
10 Year manufacturers guarantee against manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover damage caused during fitting, or caused by poor installation or servicing, accidental or malicious damage, improper use or negligence, discoloration due to long exposure to sunlight or UV lights, and general wear and tear to the item and or working parts of the item (for example, the valve in a tap, shower heads, washers, seals, any item that would be expected to be replaced periodically during the life of the item). Any working part as stated above would be covered by a 6-month warranty unless stated longer. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Q: Do you have free parking?
We have several free car parking spaces allocated to the front of the building, along with a further 16 spaces in the main car park, at the side of the warehouse adjacent to Hanbury Road. Car parking spaces are clearly marked "Unit 2"
Q: Where do I go once I arrive?
Once you have arrived, please head towards the blue reception door, and ring the Click & Collect door bell. From here, one of our personnel will look after your collection. Please be patient as our personnel on duty may be serving other customers.
Q: Can I view and check my purchase at time of collection?
The personnel on duty will check the item with you to ensure you are totally satisfied with your purchase before helping you to your car.
Q: What if I don't like the item I have purchased?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order. Your refund will usually appear on your bank statement within 7 days, dependent on bank processing times.
Q: What if I can not collect within the 7 days period?

It can take up to 15 minutes for the order to download to our system, so if you are conscience of time, we recommend you make your purchases before arriving.

Our online prices are calculated without our customers incurring showroom facility costs. Customers who wish to view products, will be charged our surcharge of £10.00 inclusive of VAT. This surcharge will enable you to view up to 3 products.

Click and collect purchases can be collected during our opening hours which are Monday to Friday from 9am till 5pm. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minuets before closing time.
