Q - I notice there is a £10.00 surcharge for non mainland delivery, do I still have to pay this fee for "free delivery" items?
A - Unfortunately you still need to pay this surcharge for "free delivery" items.
Q - Can I have my item delivered to my work or any other address?
A - We can only deliver goods to the registered credit or debit card holders address or address registered with PayPal and no other address.
Q - How quickly does my items take to arrive?
A - We try to dispatch all goods out within 3 working days (usually within 24 hours not including Sat, Sun & public holidays). We will dispatch all goods out on a next day delivery service.
Q - Can you advise me a delivery date & time?
A - We are unable to advise exact delivery date or time due to the fact that we use a 3rd party courier service to deliver the goods.
Q - Can I collect my items?
A - Unfortunately all items sold through our website are available for delivery only, please do not email or telephone us to arrange collection.
Q - Do you have a showroom?
A - Unfortunately Taps UK is a internet based retailer, we do not have a showroom.
Q - Is the picture and description illustrated exactly what I will receive?
A - We aim to provide our customers with accuarate goods of the images used. However, please note occassionally very minor differences may occur due to our supplier.
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept payment via credit/debit card through our website or we also accept PayPal which is also intergrated with our checkout system. We do not accept cheques or bank transfers.
Q - Can I pay over the phone with a credit/debit card?
A - Yes. Please contact 01527 880521 Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Please ensure that you have the item number to quote. Please note we can only deliver to the registered card holders address. (only available for UK customers)
Q - Are the goods sold with a guarantee?
A - Yes. All goods we sell are backed by our 7 day money back guarantee, with a minimum of 6 month product guarantee unless stated longer, this does not affect your statutory rights in anyway.
