Delivery Speed
Standard delivery: 3 - 5 working days
Large & Fragile items: 3 - 7 working days
Special request orders: 3 - 14 working days
All deliveries are made during Monday - Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on our website.
Urgent Delivery
We also offer "Urgent Priority Express Delivery Service" (1 - 3 Working Days) at an additional cost of £5.00 per item, available on selected items only.
After Payment
Once your goods have been paid for in full, they will be dispatched in the following way:
Goods are delivered by courier to your stated postal address and will require a signature upon delivery.
The couriers will attempt delivery once, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot or post office (depending on courier). The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt.
Shortages & Damage in Transit
All Goods delivered within UK and Ireland is insured against damage in transit. We can not consider any claims for shortage or damage after 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure all items are checked in full by your self. Any shortages or damages will need to be notified to us within 7 days of delivery either by contacting customer support by telephone or email. If Taps UK is not notified regarding shortage or damage within 7 working days of delivery, we are unable to claim from either Transport Company or the manufacturer.
By accepting to purchase from Taps UK, you agree to indemnify us in full for any losses Taps UK suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered. Taps UK customer support will email you once we have dispatched your item.
Taps UK strongly advises you not to book any contractors until full receipt of all your items, if goods are out of stock, one of our customer support personnel will contact you with a expected delivery date. Please report any damage or shortages within 7 days.
Collection
Taps UK is an online company, we do not offer collection service.
