We are glad to annouce that BT have finally resolved the issues with our phone line, and we now have both our phones and internet working at full capacity. Thank you for your continued patience during this time.
Unfortunately this problem has not been resloved today as we had originally hoped. We have spoke to BT, and they have informed us that the fault is due to our phone exchange box being set on fire, to disable some of the alarms which caused some of the surrounding units to be broken in to.
With our very restricted system we have managed to dispatch all scheduled orders out today, and we have restored a very basic phone service, on which we have all of our calls being diverted to a singular mobile phone, however we are only able to take messages as we have no access to our system. Although these services are available we still recommend send us an email regarding any problems or enquiries and we will answer them as fast as we can. Again we thank you for your patience and apologise for any delays and inconvenience caused. We will post any new information when we have it ourselves.

Happy New Year! Taps UK are now open as usual from Monday to Friday from 10am - 5pm with our phone lines and emails constantly being answered by our customer support team. Our staff will be working their hardest to reply to all emails received over the Christmas period over the next couple of days. Please be aware that the UK weather forecast is predicting that we may see more snow over the coming weeks, we would like to stress that we will be keeping in constant contact with our courier services and that some remote areas and the northern parts of England may still suffer delays.
We are currently doing our utmost to maintain our very high delivery standards across the majority of the UK despite the significant problems caused in some areas as a result of the recent period of severe weather.
With the weather conditions now back to normal across the majority of the UK, our drivers are once again out delivering a record number of parcels today. However, we are keeping a very close eye on the changeable weather conditions as this is already worsening across some parts of Scotland and the North again.
There are improvements in the weather conditions in areas other than Scotland and Northern Ireland, which were hit particularly hard with more heavy snow in many areas yesterday, continue to allow us to make a significant number of additional deliveries and improve the situation across the rest of the country. However, the compacted snow and ice on roads is still impacting on our ability to deliver and collect in parts of the North East and South East England.
