Sent the sink without the fixing clips, then after notification of that sent the wrong clips. The right clips arrived a day after promised. The whole thing caused a great deal of delay and stress. I would never buy from this company again. The products are good, but when it goes wrong, you have to work with either e mail or premium phone lines. What I saved at the front end has been more than taken up by what I lost as a result of their inefficiency

Thankyou for excellent service and very prompt delivery. Im very very pleased with my purchase ,although I am a little concerned about the one man delivery with a ceramic sink. The delivery man was most pleasant and helpful but really struggled with the size and weight of my sink.I know you use a courier service but would like you to give feedback about the one man delivery who probaley has a hernia now otherwise an excellent service. I would reccomend you to anyone. Thanks again.

Bought a Reginox sink and tap set on tuesday afternoon, had a call from courier the next day to arrange delivery day, I booked it in for friday, the delivery arrived on friday as promised, driver was friendly and waited until i checked the sink for any damage. overall very happy with transaction, quality of free tap is excellent and happy with the quality of the sink. thank you very much for your service!

I have to give this company 0 stars. I needed to buy another kitchen sink and taps and chose this company as so many people had left good reviews, i phoned up first to make sure that the item was in stock and then ordered it on the intenet, i was told it would be with me within 5-7 days , i have been waiting since 24/2 and still am being fobbed off saying that they will contact me shortly. If i had know that i could not speak to anyone on customer service and just rely on an e mail response i would not have ordered anything. This delay has cost me money and a lot of time and effort so all those people considering purchasing anything from this company beware.

I ordered my sink late Sunday night and it was delivered on Thursday, great service especially as i was going to Physio that day and your customer service arranged a time for delivery when i was home. ordered tap on Sunday received Thursday, although it was out for delivery with yodel from Tuesday but they never tried to deliver, did e-mail taps uk but have received no response yet. Would have been 5 star if delivered by courier when they had it, great service let down by courier

Serious attitude to customer service. After 8months I had a problem with my tap and they got a new part to me in next post. No quibbling and a sincere apology to boot. Pleasant to deal with AND A PROPER PHONE NO. WITH A QUICK ANSWER. Made me feel like an important customer!

I ordered a Carron sink, but the wrong colour was dispatched. However, the correct one was sent soon after. Also I ordered a tap and then realised I ordered the wrong one. Taps UK graciously cancelled the order and sent me the one I wanted. Very efficient customer service, and their goods are so much cheaper than anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Sink sent to wrong address, told by customer services to chase it up myself. When sink did arrive no waste kit provided, told this would be sent on via royal mail. I have phoned 3 times, each person I spoke to gave a different story promising the item had been posted. Still no waste kit. It would be helpful to provide tracking numbers with items that have been dispatched and also give notice if not all items will be sent together. I would not recommend this company or ever use them again.

The phone line was a local number, none of the 0845/0870. The girl at the other end, Amy, was so helpful and gave me lots of help. The first sink came in three days. II made a mistake and ordered the wrong side for small sink. I called today, Tuesday, they are sending the reverse sink on Friday. Call them up. It is much easier than trying to do it on line.

Ordered carron phoenix sink on 11th May arrived on 13th May, was missing a tap blanking plate, called customer service to advise them of missing part, they chacked my order details and the plate arrived in the post next day. would have been a 5 star review if the blanking plate was not missing. overall good service and friendly call centre staff. Ordered a 50l sensor bin- arrived in a couple days. When I unpacked item it was in brilliant condition and looked 3 more expensive than what I paid for it. Put batteries in and did not work. Obviously a slight manufacturing problem not tap uk. So I emailed them and within a day I had a new lid, an apology and no questios asked as they simply valued my custom. This is brilliant service, better than any shop experience and super value. Would recommend bin and company. No wonder more people are shopping on line. This is the first time I have written a review after buying over 200 items on line over the years.

Had a problem with delivery, tried to call Taps UK but phone always engaged, when I finally got through, I was in a que for 20 minuets, a very helpful assistant solved my problem and advised me that if the phone is busy to try to email, well the problem with delivery happened again, I emailed them this time and had a reply in 10 minuets, better that telephone! well all sorted now, the problem was not with Taps UK but with the pallet transport company, anyone who has a problem you are better off with email, its much faster than calling!!!!!!

Second time we've used TapsUK. Taps arrived but were faulty. E-mailed immediately and had an almost immediate reply. Taps were re-ordered and delivered and the faulty ones picked up at the same time. Absolutely no hassle - excellent service - have recommended to several friends. Wouldn't go anywhere else for taps!

Very good price for the shower unit I ordered. Quoted 3-7 days delivery (no indication there would be a supply problem). On the seventh day, no shower. Just being told that stock hadn't arrived and not sure when it would. Cancelled order and refund was processed quickly. Will probably use again but would appreciate honest availability.

excellent support via email.. dont bother ringing a the phone line is busy... My sink was delivered 7 days after making a purchase online as it had to be ordered from the suppliers... Worth emailing Tapsuk first if the items is in stock before placing an order. Having said that Custoer service is great. response time was quick to all my mail and queries I had with my purchase, I would definately order again

I think I've never encounter such good customer service in an online company. My sink was damaged in transport and in a couple of days, a new one was resent to me. I received my Erise U Spout Double Lever Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap MZ1B. Beautiful and superb value. The fixing situation precludes the use of an open ended spanner and forces the use of a box spanner through which the flex hoses can pass. I've been unable to source a suitable 34mm box spanner. Any ideas? Might be a nice option to sell with your taps. Thanks
