Small items include accessories
and parts such as wastes and valves.
Medium items include basins,
taps and stainless steel sinks.
Large items include composite,
large stainless steel & small ceramic sinks.
Extra large items include large,
ceramic sinks, toilets, basins & vanity sets.
Special delivery items include
worktops, shower enclosures, and baths.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is determined by availability and size
2-3 working days is our estimated delivery time for items we keep stocked
in our dispatch warehouse.
3-5 working days is our estimated delivery time for items we keep stocked
however not in our dispatch warehouse.
5-7 working days is our estimated delivery time for items we do not keep stocked.
These will be ordered from our supplier upon order confirmation.
7-10 working days is our estimated delivery time for extra large and special
delivery items. The delivered will be performed by a specialist courier service.
Certain items will be eligable for next day delivery with a minor surcharge.

credit card facility by HSBC only allows delivery to registered credit or debit card addresses only. Delivery to an alternative address is prohibited.

Unfortunately due to strict health and safety protocols, we cannot permit members of the public onto our warehouse premises. We have taken this into account when setting our delivery costs so that we can continue to offer you the best possible price available.

All standard deliveries are made during Monday - Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on our website.
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail may require a signature upon delivery.
The couriers will attempt delivery at your address, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt. Goods delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.
One of our customer support team will call you to arrange delivery of your purchase or our Transport Company will call to arrange delivery, this will be within 72 hours of purchase, you will be able to arrange with the transport company a suitable day for your delivery. Goods delivered by Transport Company will require a signature upon delivery.
All Goods delivered within UK and Ireland is insured against damage in transit. We can not consider any claims for damage after 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are checked in full by your self. Any damages will need to be notified to Taps UK within 7 days of delivery either by contacting customer support by telephone or email. If Taps UK are not notified regarding damage within 7 working days of delivery, Taps UK are unable to claim from either Transport Company or the manufacturer.

Due to the fragile nature of extra large items, all items must be checked for any obvious sign of damage before you sign for the goods. Any items with obvious sign of damage must be refused and sign for as damaged.
