All kitchens will be delivered by a dedicated lorry. Available only to Zone 1 at a cost of £180.
Unfortunately, due to strict health and safety protocols, we cannot permit members of the public onto our warehouse premises. We have taken this into account when setting our delivery costs so that we can continue to offer you the best possible price available.

Standard Delivery Time
All standard deliveries are made during Monday - Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or stated holidays as advertised on our website.
Small Items - Via Royal Mail
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail may require a signature upon delivery.
Medium & Large Items - Via Courier
The couriers will attempt delivery at your address, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt. Goods delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.
Extra Large Items - Via Pallet Transport Company
One of our customer support team will call you to arrange delivery of your purchase or our Transport Company will call to arrange delivery, this will be within 72 hours of purchase, you will be able to arrange with the transport company a suitable day for your delivery. Goods delivered by Transport Company will require a signature upon delivery.
Damage in Transit - Small, Medium and Large Items
All Goods delivered within UK and Ireland is insured against damage in transit. We can not consider any claims for damage after 7 days of delivery (unless stated different). Please ensure all items are checked in full by your self. Any damages will need to be notified to Taps UK within 7 days of delivery either by contacting customer support by telephone or email. If Taps UK are not notified regarding damage within 7 working days of delivery, Taps UK are unable to claim from either Transport Company or the manufacturer.

Damage in Transit - Extra Large Items
Due to the fragile nature of extra large items, all items must be checked for any obvious sign of damage before you sign for the goods. Any items with obvious sign of damage must be refused and sign for as damaged.
