All products in your shopping basket must be eligible for next day delivery to qualify.

Tracking number will be supplied via email with all next day delivery as standard.

Delivery to zones 3, 4 and 5 may take up to an additional 3 working days.

Weekend Deliver
Weekend Delivery

Some of our couriers offer a weekend delivery to certain parts of the country for a surcharge.

Most of the available services are clearly advertised on the product page, you will be given the choice of available services at the checkout page.

If for any reason you are not given a choice of a specific courier, this unfortunately means for yours items these options are not available.

Our platinum delivery service (dependant on your location) does deliver in certain parts of the country on Saturday or Sunday, without the need for an additional surcharge. Weekend delivery is negotiated with the courier and may lengthen your delivery lead time as the courier does not visit all areas during the weekend.

Standard couriers such as Yodel and DPD may also deliver during Saturdays without any additional surcharges. This normally happens during busy periods such as Christmas, and it is not a guaranteed service.

Our large and extra-large delivery items are fragile, and require delivery by one of our specialist couriers, who will take care of your purchase whilst it is in transit to you.

Once you have placed your order, our courier will contact you to advise you of the earliest delivery date and time that they have available in your area.

We do our best to deliver within our advertised lead times, but for more remote areas of the country, it may not be possible to meet this.

If for any reason, the earliest delivery slot is unsuitable, you will be given an alternative day for delivery. However this usually exceeds the advertised delivery time, as our specialist couriers do not deliver in the same area every day.

Once your order arrives, it will be handled by two specially trained staff. They will carry your parcel to a room of your choice and fully inspect your order to ensure there are no signs of damage that may have occurred during transit.

Our products with longer delivery time scales, can be delivered next day if the service is advertised as available. When next day delivery is not available, the date displayed is the best estimated day the items will arrive with you.

Some items are delivered directly to you from the manufacturer’s distribution warehouse. They cannot guarantee any specific delivery requests, but they will do their best to deliver to you as soon as possible.

Due to the risk of delivering some fragile items, manufacturers will not deliver directly to you in order to minimise any unforeseen problems. Items like this are delivered into our distribution warehouse, and we then deliver them to you using specialist couriers.

When estimating lead times, we look at the time manufacturers take to deliver, and then the time it takes us to process and send your item, and finally the time taken by the courier to deliver.

A combination of manufacturer lead times and the goods being delivered by a specialist fragile courier can create a wide delivery window. Our specialist couriers do not deliver in the same area every day, which gives wide delivery lead times.

If you require items to be delivered urgently, we recommend you choose one of our many items that are advertised as next day delivery items.

Delivery to a different address
Delivery to a different address

To get your items delivered to a different address, please follow these steps (using the video to the right).

At the checkout page select ‘PayPal’ as your payment option. You can sign in to your PayPal account and complete the purchase; if you do not have a PayPal account, just select ‘Check Out as a Guest’ to place your order without having to sign up.

You will now be able to fill out your card and billing details. Be sure to include up to date contact information as some of our couriers require this to arrange delivery and avoid any delays. Beneath this form, you will see that ‘send to my billing address is checked. Uncheck this box and click continue. This is where you can enter the delivery address for your order. When you have filled out your delivery address, press ‘continue’.

You will now be given the option to create a PayPal account. If you don’t want to create a PayPal account, uncheck the box and click continue. Finally, enter your email address to receive your receipt. You will need to read through and agree to PayPal terms to complete the transaction. Click the continue button to complete your order.

Tracking your delivery
Tracking your delivery

Once we dispatch your items, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by either email or text. This will provide you with the relevant information you need to track your parcel online, or a contact telephone number to track the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.

The majority of our appointed couriers prefer to communicate through mobile telephone numbers. It is essential that if you have a mobile telephone number, that you provide us with this as well as your landline telephone number.

Please ensure that you fill the correct fields for mobile and landline telephone numbers at the time of checkout. This will ensure that you receive a comprehensive tracking service from our couriers.

Due to the fragile nature of large and extra-large delivery items, your delivery driver is instructed to check all items with you before you sign for acceptance of the items. This is to check for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit, such as, cracks, hairline cracks, chips or dents.

Please ensure that you, or an informed party, thoroughly inspect your purchase for any signs of damage in transit before you sign for acceptance, this is your responsibility when signing for the goods.

In the unlikely event that your goods have suffered any damage in transit, please ensure that you reject the damaged items at time of delivery and contact our customer service team immediately by sending a message through to the help desk. Here, one of our customer service team will investigate the matter and swiftly arrange a replacement.
